Photos from the Titmouse Iitzadoo Halloween Party 2015

Check out this glimpse of the mayhem at Titmouse Animation studios this Halloween. I helped decorate, brought in the food, provided equipment, painted masks & worked on the Iitzadoo maze, it was a very fun time. Everyone seemed to love it! I'll post a video soon of people coming out of it. Halloween is my favorite time of year, and projects like this are just perfect for the creative juices!

Changa Animation project has launched!

Please go to Seed &  Spark and check out "Changa and the Jade Obelisk" animated project.  Consider supporting this awesome crowdfunder so it can go into pre-production.  Milton Davis has created an amazing world of Sword and Soul with his novels series Changa Safari. The plan is to animate his colorful rich vision, but help is needed.  Your support is critical. If you are unable to support with a donation,  consider sharing the project with your followers.
Thanks!
Find out a little more about the #Changa #Animation project  Producer Eric Elder is interviewed by #BlackGirlNerds! Check it out go to:  Changa: A Medieval Story from the African Diaspora  http://t.co/sKNqH2wRnK

Doing some research for an upcoming animated project

I'm doing some research for the styling of an upcoming project and I came across these fine "Ren & Stimpy" BG paintings from Scott Wills who was working at Games Animation at the same time I was. Unfortunately, Games had it's 2 shows, the other being "Rocko's Modern Life" separated in different buildings & across town from each other. So we never got to see the delicious work of Bill Wray or Scott Wills in person. Well, at least I didn't. I was too busy with Rocko's Dr. Martin dyes style. I can't stop laughing, so good!
I found these here; http://animationbgs.blogspot.com.au/search?updated-max=2010-11-24T07:27:00-08:00&max-results=30

An old promo piece for a cool toon I worked on!

This was going around the ol' FB today as it was sent to a friend by the creator of Rocko's Modern Life. I guess he came across this video in his files. I have my 1/2 second of fame in it. It was such a pleasure to work on this show. First Saturday in October there will be a reunion event called the "Rocko Live" Event LA, Should be a blast from the past!

Comic Con 2012-The Con of the ages? The Con at the end of time? or just an excuse to aquire more stuff?

Packing up and getting ready to head out for Comic Con 2012!
Its been 2 years since I was there, missed last year in order to take a photo workshop. But boy did I miss it! Never again. Here is a photo I took by the wharf in Sand Diego during my visit in 2010. There is a group of really cool sculptures along the wharf there, beautiful stuff.

I'm really looking forward to capturing some new classic Comic Con photos this year, always some special Cosplay treats awaiting us.
But I'm not looking forward to this, every year it's getting more & more crowded.

But where else can you pose with a Clone Wars Bobble head thats taller than you? Gotta love it.

Red Eye Art book can be seen on stand through the gallery entrance.

Our display. (framed piece by Matthew Board on right)

Red Eye Art is a group of present and past Simpson artists which I am a part of. Our Red Eye Art's first book was on display this month of May 2011, at the Clermont Art Gallery in Ohio, at the "Drawing the Line; art of comics, illustration, animation" art show. According to the curator of the show Kim Taylor, the show was a success and inspiring to the students. A print of "Tiki Devil" by me-(SleepyTiki) which is in the art book, was also on display along with the Red Eye Art group's book. The Red Eye Art group and I send a heartfelt thanks to Kim Taylor & the Clermont College Gallery for inviting us to participate in this awesome show of multi-talented artists.

To see more photos of the "Drawing the Line" gallery show in Ohio, and enjoy all the art on display, go to Kim Taylor's Blog-(the curator) by copy pasting the following link;
